VOLKER'S SUPERB BOW WORK!
Volker Nahrmann does ever-so-professional rehair and bow repairs! I was astounded! Rehair at $80. But what he did to the bow was miraculous. I had almost thrown it away for decades, but feared it may have been of some value. The bow sounded awful and was extra long (31.5 inches, tip to tip). But I said if anyone can rescue it Volker can. So I put it in one of those $5 post office triangular boxes and mailed it to him for inspection. It was back in less than two weeks, and I couldn't believe my ears! I just touch the bow to even the low E and B strings and the notes just jump out! I'm stunned. Amazed. Volker also straightened the sideways warp and out-of-whack broken frog. Man o' man what a bow. Yikes. Give him a try. Old School diligence and fairness. Y! up. Great. Makes my Prescott sing. I can't wait to stand next to the BSO substitute guy and watch him drool, it sounds so good. So, give him a try. He just acquired another Prescott Bass, too. He already had several.
